~Goldfarb Branham LLP is investigating Playboy Enterprises' Board of Directors  due to the recently proposed management buyout by Hugh Hefner. Playboy is entertaining competing bids from founder Hugh Hefner for $5.50 per share and FriendFinder Networks for $6.25 per share."Hefner owns 69.5% of Playboy's Class A common stock," stated shareholder lawyer Hamilton Lindley.

~Perhaps realizing that smut doesn’t always translate into sales, Playboy Enterprises has launched The Smoking Jacket, a safe-for-work men’s website—which we take to mean something positioned between a typical lads’ magazine and GQ.

~Crista Flanagan, 34-The actress, who plays switchboard operator Lois Sadler on "Mad Men," is heating things up in the pages of Playboy Magazine's August edition, just as her role resumes on the AMC original series this Sunday. 

~My girl Holly Madison from Girls Next Door was recently spotted in a hot red bikini at the July 4th after partying following UFC 116. Holly was a guest UFC ring girl back at UFC 100. She is also rumored to be dating UFC fighter Josh Koscheck.
